Shipping & Returns

Policy

Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds for AirCaps.

Shipping Overview
  1. AirCaps Orders are expected to begin shipping in end of February or early March 2026.

  2. Standard shipping is included for free to the following countries: United States, Korea, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Brazil, India, and Mexico.

Processing & Delivery Times
  1. Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing and handling after the shipping window opens.

  2. Once shipped, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing for international orders.

International Shipping
  1. AirCaps ships internationally to select countries including Korea, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Brazil, India, and Mexico.

  2. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  3. Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.

Return Policy
  1. AirCaps offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery, no questions asked. You may return your AirCaps product for a full refund on all hardware.

  2. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aircaps.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Returned items that show signs of excessive damage beyond normal inspection may be subject to a restocking fee.

  4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Pre-Order Cancellations
  1. If you placed a pre-order and wish to cancel before your order ships, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, email us at support@aircaps.com with your order number.

  2. Once your order has shipped, it will be subject to the standard return policy outlined above.

Exchanges
  1. At this time, AirCaps does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or configuration, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
  1. If your AirCaps product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@aircaps.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

  2. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference. Defective products may also be covered under the AirCaps Limited Warranty — see our Warranty page for details.

Accessories Returns
  1. Accessories (Charging Case, Power Capsules, Prescription Lens Holder) are subject to the same 15-day return policy as the AirCaps glasses.

  2. Accessories must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
